One of our own died today. He was a wonderful man. Funny and so very likable. Those of us in the taxi world in Park City we knew Jose. If he was just standing outside the door of No Name, talking to the locals or hanging in the window of a taxi talking to the driver, he belonged to us.
The murder of Jose was tragic and stupid. All over a fight. Jose was use to breaking up fights. He was the one that would jump in and help clear the room. Get the rebel rousers out. Make sure the trouble makers left and didn't come back.
As the door man of No Name he gained so many friends. Eventually he became bartender and part time manager. He was a wonderful person and we loved him.
