Join CONNECT as we welcome Sandi Williams of Provo Canyon Behavioral Health for an evidence-based presentation on the successful use of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (“EMDR”) therapy as a successful modality to treat adolescent and adult trauma. EMDR is a psychotherapy that enables people to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress that are the result of disturbing life experiences, both large and small. Learn what EMDR is, how it is used, and stories of successful patient outcomes. There will be plenty of time for Q&A.This event is free and open to the public.
