The Kingston Trio

The Kingston Trio will perform at the Egyptian Theatre June 8th-10th. They are one of the few groups that has survived the many changes in the world of music. In 1957, The Kingston Trio brought the rich tradition of American folk music into the mainstream. Now, 60 years after “Tom Dooley” charted Number One, the Trio is still bringing great memories to the stage. They have remained consistent in their sound, which probably explains their resurgence in popularity over the last few years.
